Kris Carr considers Saint Agnes her second home. She joined the school community 25 years ago as a parent, became a substitute teacher, then the school counselor, and has been principal since 2004. Kris says she can’t imagine a better place for Catholic education.

Welcome From Principal

A warm welcome to Saint Agnes Catholic School! I am honored to share information about our rich tradition of Catholic education and academic excellence.

Saint Agnes Catholic School first opened in 1946 with the Sisters of Notre Dame, who were a source of inspiration until their recent departure in 2009. Saint Agnes has always focused on providing a Christ-centered education that fosters the spiritual, academic, social, and emotional formation of students.

Our students have an outstanding academic background, a strong foundation in the Catholic faith, and commitment to serving others. Graduates are well-prepared for the excellent high schools in our area and for the most prestigious colleges and universities throughout the country.

Saint Agnes is blessed with a close-knit community. Parents actively participate in school and PTO programs. Our pastor and parish priests are very involved in the daily operation of our school. Saint Agnes Parish has a tradition of generous support of our school.

At Saint Agnes Catholic School, we follow in a long line of those who have dedicated themselves to making Christ known to others. We understand the importance of a Catholic education in preparing children to take their place in the Church and in society.

Sincerely,

Kristine K. Carr
